HomeBase Centralized Intake


Centralized intake, assessment and triage for Housing First programs in Lethbridge.


Laura House Group Home


7-Bed group home providing six long term units and 1 respite bed (maximum 21 day stay).


Concierge Supported Living


Supported living for Housing First participants within and existing and integrated apartment complex.


Crisis Beds


Community Mental Health Crisis Beds provide short-term crisis intervention services for individuals with mental illness and concurrent disorders who cannot remain in the community and do not require hospitalization.


Crisis Team


Community mental health crisis intervention team providing crisis intervention, triage, provisional assessments, stabilization and follow-up which include warm-handoffs to services. Adult and Youth Teams.


Enviro Rangers


Youth Activity Camp.


Distress Line


The Distress Line offers telephone support to individuals who need a safe, confidential place to disclose their feelings, and offers community referrals to community agencies for individuals requiring longer-term support systems.


Community Approach to Skills Development


The Community Approach to Skills Development provides the opportunity for individuals coping with mental illness and/or concurrent disorers to develop or improve vocational training skills.


Community Outreach


The Community Outreach Team provides coordinated participant centred outreach and follow-up services for homeless people with complex needs in Lethbridge.


Community Supports

Peer Support

The Club 4U provides a central location for both structured and non-structured recreation and leisure activities for individuals with mental illness and concurrent disorders.
